After over two months of testing, adjustments, and continuous improvements, a "multi-head linkage drilling machine" capable of drilling multiple holes simultaneously was successfully developed in the workshop of the machinery company's processing platform. This breakthrough has significantly boosted the efficiency of mechanical production and strengthened the competitive edge of Double Star Machinery in the market.
To achieve the goal of "drilling sheet holes with precision and consistency," the processing platform workshop at Double Star Machinery collected round steel materials based on design drawings and went through numerous iterations to perfect a "multi-head linkage drilling device." During the initial testing phase, this system was used to process the Q034 series combined disk, where eight holes could be drilled at once. The core bushings could be easily replaced depending on the specific processing needs, ensuring accurate center distances between the holes and expanding the range of workpieces that could be processed.
The Q034 series features seven different types of internal holes, which allows for a significant reduction in processing costs and a substantial improvement in overall efficiency. This innovation not only streamlines the manufacturing process but also demonstrates the company’s commitment to technological advancement and operational excellence. With this new drilling machine, Double Star Machinery is now better equipped to meet the growing demands of its customers while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
