Look at the photo. Look at the procedure. When the transaction depends on whether the vehicle procedures are complete, the seller must provide complete formalities. The procedures for the vehicle include: motor vehicle registration certificate, vehicle driving certificate, purchase surtax, vehicle insurance, vehicle and vessel use tax, etc.; after the overhaul of the vehicle, there should be relevant documents. And the warranty and vehicle safety technical inspection qualification marks. The vehicle frame number (vin code) and engine number in these documents must be the same as the vehicle.

Look at the situation. It is advisable to examine the car with a friend who understands the car, carefully examine the condition of the vehicle, and pay more attention to the "corner" and details.
