There are 533 indicators; the number of electric car increment indicators is 2,222, of which 1955 are individual electric car increment indicators and 267 are unit electric car increment indicators.
In the first phase, 9779 personal indicators were allocated to units and individuals to allocate 4,445 ordinary car increments (including 3912 personal indicators).
4,455 ordinary car increment indicators (including 3912 personal indicators) are allocated to units and individuals by means of bidding;
2,222 electric car increment indicators (including 1955 personal indicators) were allocated to units and individuals by means of a lottery.
This month, the two bidding bids will be conducted in accordance with the “Implementation Rules for the Incremental Regulation and Management of Shenzhen Cars”. If the application for the incremental index of the car is submitted before the 8th of the month, the indicator management will announce the results of the applicant qualification review on the 23rd of the month. However, in January this year, due to time constraints, it was impossible to carry out the bidding, so this year Shenzhen will carry out 11 car index allocations. In February, the first lottery bidding after the car purchase was scheduled to be held, because it coincided with the Spring Festival holiday, so the first time the bidding time was delayed until the beginning of March, and the incremental index for February was still used. In the second half of March, there will be a lottery bidding, which will be equipped with the incremental index of cars in March.
It is understood that the January bidding index will be evenly distributed to February, March and April. According to the plan, 1112 indicators will be placed in each phase of Phases 1, 2, and 3, and 8333 indicators will be placed in each phase of Phases 4-11. The actual number of indicators delivered in each period is the sum of the planned amount of the current period, and the sum of the number of incremental indicators that were not successfully configured in the previous period and not used in the previous period.
The application for the first phase of the incremental indicator was closed at 24:00 on February 8th. In the first phase, a total of 152,892 car incremental index applications were accepted, of which 149,502 individuals applied for car increments; 2042 companies applied for 3316. Incremental indicators; 74 social groups and other organizations applied for 74 incremental indicators. This means that there will be about 150,000 people competing for the first phase of nearly 10,000 personal indicators.
