The butene isomerization unit mixes the carbon tetra-isomerization feedstock with the by-product of the butene-1 plant. Under the action of the catalyst, the isomerization reaction is carried out. The crude product obtained after the reaction is recovered by heat and is sent to the distiller after concentration. Ethanol --- 1 device separation and purification to obtain high purity butene --- 1 products. The scale of the device is designed to have a reactor throughput of 30,000 tons/year. Divided into three systems including isomerization reaction, butene-1 enrichment and regeneration, including isomerization reactors, electric heaters, cold heat exchange equipment, butene-1 enrichment tower and other major equipment . The features of the device are: short process flow, less unit equipment; higher reaction airspeed, less catalyst loading, and smaller reactor size; unreacted butene-2 ​​recycling increases the yield of butene-1 Heavy components and low impurity content do not affect the product purity of the butene-1 unit. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into production in September this year.
