  1 , check the valve is in full open position
After completion of the grease injection operation, first check whether the valve ball diameter is flush with the valve seat cavity surface. If there is a difference, the open limit bolt on the actuator should be adjusted to ensure that the valve is fully open. Otherwise, the valve cannot be installed once it is installed. Determine if the valve is fully open.
2 , the valve can not be injected with grease
( 1 ) When the valve shaft (rod) is greased , the sealing pressure in the valve shaft (rod) must not exceed 20.68 MPa . Once it is exceeded, check whether the grease gun is faulty and whether the outlet valve of the grease gun outlet port is open. .
( 2 ) If there is no fault in the valve grease gun, check whether the grease injection nozzle is blocked, ie slowly unscrew the grease injection nozzle, install it to the grease injection hole of the grease gun, and inject fat through the grease injection nozzle to observe the grease injection nozzle. No fat, if not grease, indicating that the check valve in the body of the mouthpiece has malfunctioned, replace the mouthpiece. If the grease injection nozzle can be greased, check the check valve located in the grease injection hole in the downstream of the grease injection nozzle (usually installed in the valve hole of the imported foreign oil injection hole) and use a special tool to unscrew it for inspection. If any blockages such as raw material tapes are to be removed, they shall be replaced if they are serious faults.
If it is still impossible to inject grease, professional engineers and on-site supervision shall be reported and the factory shall solve it on site.
3 , non-uniform fat lip injection hole
After the valve is filled with grease, sometimes the plugging of the valve seat sealing grease line will occur, resulting in uneven grease or no grease in the valve seat grease injection hole. At this time, the valve can be closed from the fully open state after 15° to 25° . Observe the valve seat grease hole, and gently clear with a soft tool, and then observe the fat injection. It is important to note that no grease can be applied during rotation of the ball to prevent damage to the seat seal. Under normal circumstances, there are 4 grease injection nozzles on each side of the ball valve and the grease is evenly distributed.
