Still and Box Alarm fire in Chicago, 9-22-18 (more)

Here's what Steve Redick shared:

It happened around 2:00 AM on Saturday. A big warehouse filled from floor to ceiling with old, flammable materials. The fire started in an outside trash/storage area under a canopy. For a while, it looked like the fire had spread inside the building. The structure was made of bar joist trusses, and with heavy smoke and a lot of stored items, it turned into a defensive operation for most of the time. Once the fire was under control, the Mobile Ventilation Unit (MVU) was used to clear the building. It could have been a really bad situation, but everything went smoothly in the end.
