The project covers an area of ​​127,000 square meters, including the construction of automotive bearing technology R&D centers, forging factories, truck bearing manufacturing plants, and car bearing manufacturing plants. . The supporting areas include light, medium and heavy trucks, cars, passenger cars, all kinds of construction machinery vehicles and electric vehicle bearings. The truck bearing project completed and put into operation, covers an area of ​​60,000 square meters, installed 55 automatic production lines, and realized on-line processing, on-line inspection, online assembly; from product design, order processing, supply chain management, SPC quality management To the production process control, etc., an advanced information management and control center has been established, and all computer management controls have been implemented. The controllability of the production process and the traceability of the products have been achieved; its annual production capacity has reached 25 million sets, which is a global monomer The largest truck accessory bearing factory.
It is also known that the Zhaxi Group's car bearing project with Japan's largest auto parts manufacturer, Japan's Jtegert, is under construction. The project will expand the car wheel hub bearing factory of the Dalian Hi-tech Park, build a new Wafangdian car bearing precision forging plant, a car transmission bearing bearing factory, and a car bearing technology center, and it will be fully operational in the first half of 2012.
