FreeCAD is an open-source parametric 3D modeling tool designed for creating real-world objects of any size. It's widely used in engineering and product development due to its flexibility and robust features.

With this new integration, you can now place an order on PCBWay directly from FreeCAD. Once your 3D design is complete, simply upload the file and click "Save to Cart" — it only takes a few seconds. Our team will review the files before starting production to ensure accuracy and quality.

Install the PCBWay Add-on via FreeCAD’s Official Tools

To install the plugin, go to the “Tools” menu, select “Addon Manager,” then search for “PCBWay” in the list. Click install and you're all set to start placing orders directly from FreeCAD.

Manual Installation Instructions

If you prefer manual installation, download the latest version of the PCBWay plugin from GitHub. Then, navigate to the “Macro” section in FreeCAD, place the Python file in the correct directory, and click “Execute” to run the script.
