Abstract: This paper introduces the maintenance and upgrade project of the electric comprehensive insurance system of Gansu Northern Santai Chemical Co., Ltd., adopts intelligent power meters, and collects various electrical parameters and switching signals of the power distribution site. The system adopts the on-site local networking mode. After networking, it communicates through the fieldbus and travels to the background. Through the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system, the real-time monitoring and management of the power distribution circuit power distribution is realized.

0 Overview

Gansu North Santai Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Baiyin District, Baiyin City. There is a substation on site. The power distribution room is located on the third floor of the substation and the second floor is the cable tray room.

There are 14 35kV high voltage power distribution cabinets, 20 10kV power distribution cabinets and 44 0.4kV low voltage power distribution cabinets. The original 35kV and 10kV high voltage parts have a microcomputer comprehensive protection system, but this system has various problems such as misoperation of the comprehensive protection, inaccurate measurement, unclear power consumption of each process, and the combination of GB17167 on the configuration requirements of electric energy metering. At the same time, in order to facilitate the smooth development of the company unit cost assessment, it is planned to routinely maintain the protection, measurement, measurement and communication systems of the high and low voltage integrated protection devices, and upgrade the measurement system of the low-voltage comprehensive protection device. The low-voltage outlet circuit increases the multi-function power meter and integrates the data of the original high-voltage system into a set of background software to realize the power consumption monitoring and energy metering of each process.

In order to realize the intelligentization and modernization of power supply and distribution on the user side of the plant, it is necessary to equip the project with a background monitoring system with simple operation, practical functions, stable and reliable performance, and remote real-time operation of the power supply in the plant. Monitoring and realizing remote monitoring of power in each process within the plant area, facilitating management personnel to accurately grasp the power consumption of each process.

35kV and 10kV power distribution cabinets have been connected to a monitoring system. It is necessary to add monitoring and control devices to the outgoing side of the 0.4kV low-voltage cabinet and connect to the back-end system for remote monitoring. There are 44 low-voltage cabinets on the site, including 34 outlet cabinets. Since the two-way low-voltage incoming line and the emergency power supply line have been incorporated into the high-voltage cabinet back-end monitoring system, it is only necessary to add multi-function meters to the outlet circuit of the 34-face low-voltage outlet cabinet. There are a total of 236 statistical outlet circuits, some of which are included. The outlet loop is the backup loop, the outlet side is not yet wired, and the rear equipment of some of the loops has been deactivated, no more power is used. Finally, a total of 191 outlet loops need to be monitored. In order to uniformly monitor the power consumption in the plant, it is necessary to integrate the high and low voltage measurement and control devices.

Due to the modification of all the circuits, the addition of multi-function meters requires more instruments and more open-type current transformers for the transformation, and the construction cost is also higher. Now the customer proposes to use the different processes according to the different processes in the plant. The electrical equipment is placed close to the monitoring, that is, a multi-function meter monitors multiple electrical equipment in the same process. Since the on-site electricity monitoring only needs to monitor the power consumption of each process separately, this measurement method is also the same. Feasible, at the same time will reduce the amount of instrumentation and open-type transformers and construction costs, but can not check the specific power consumption of each device during monitoring and inquiry. The system host is placed in the 10kV duty room on the third floor, and the original high-pressure comprehensive insurance system is integrated. Finally, the remote monitoring of all process power is realized through our monitoring system.

1 Demand analysis

In order to ensure the statistical analysis and analysis of the power load of the plant of Gansu North Santai Chemical Co., Ltd. and real-time monitoring of dangerous sources. 2 system plan

2) Network communication layer

3) Field device layer

The field equipment layer is a data acquisition terminal, which is mainly composed of 35KV, 10KV microcomputer protection, low-voltage power meter DTSF1352-C. The microcomputer protection and intelligent instrument are connected to the duty room through the shielded twisted pair RS485 interface and the MODBUS communication protocol bus type connection.
