The Ministry of Land and Resources issued the minimum requirements for the “three rates” of five kinds of minerals.

The Ministry of Land and Resources has recently issued the “Three-rate minimum requirements” for the rational development and utilization of mineral resources such as nickel , tin , antimony , gypsum and talc (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as “requirements”).

According to the requirements, the recovery rate of open-pit mining of nickel ore is not less than 92%, the shape of ore body is not less than 88%, and the minimum requirement of underground mining recovery is 75%~92%. The mining rate of open-pit mining in tin mine is not less than 95%. The recovery rate of mines with large changes in ore body shape, thin ore body and poor stability of ore is not less than 92%; the minimum index for underground mining recovery is 78%~90 respectively. %. The recovery rate of open pit mining in Yankuang Mine is not less than 95%. The talc mine shall be no less than 85% open-pit mining and not less than 72% underground. In terms of ore recovery rate, according to the different grades of ore and the difficulty of ore selection, the requirements are clear. The minimum requirements for nickel ore beneficiation recovery are 55%~82%, tin ore is 50%~80%, and antimony ore is 60%~90%. Because the talc mine is currently manually sorted, the ore recovery rate index is difficult to measure, and the ore dressing yield is used to measure the efficiency of talc ore utilization. The gypsum mine does not set the recovery rate requirement for the time being.

The requirements also stipulate the minimum requirements for the comprehensive utilization rate of the associated minerals in nickel, tin and antimony ore; encourage the recycling of the associated minerals in the talc, but there is no requirement for the indicator; the gypsum is not associated with minerals, not for the time being. Set indicators, but encourage qualified mines to apply waste rock to mine filling and building materials.
